Flexible Heaters

Flexible Low Voltage Silicone Rubber heaters have a wire-wound circuit sandwiched between layers of fiberglass-reinforced, high-temperature silicone rubber insulation. The thin profile transfers heat quickly since the resistance element is very close to the object being heated. Silicone Rubber heaters are resistant to temperature extremes, moisture, weathering, radiation, fungus, chemical attack, and have an unlimited shelf life.

Cartridge Heaters

Cartridge heaters offer superior heat transfer. They are suitable for creating high temperatures (up to 800°F) and are commonly used for demanding localized heating. 

Cartridge heaters are most frequently used for heating dies, platens, molds, and other metal parts by insertion into drilled holes. They can also be used in liquid immersion applications.
