Freight Policy

Prices stated are F.O.B. origin. On orders of $500 or more and less than 100 pounds before tax and freight (including any backorders), freight will be prepaid (UPS ground) to the specified destination within the continental United States. Receipts for shipping will not be furnished. Other terms and conditions may apply for other than standard ground delivery, including without limitation, expedited same day delivery, air freight, freight collect, export orders, hazardous materials, LTL, customer's carrier, shipments outside the contiguous U.S. or other special handling by the carrier. Any charges incurred for other freight services must be paid by customer. Fuel surcharges may be applied. Title and risk of loss pass to customer upon tender of shipment to the carrier. If the product is damaged in transit, customer's only recourse is to file a claim with the carrier.

Ordering

U.S. Customers Only

Customers can place orders via the website for direct shipment. Customers must supply a credit card, a valid shipping address, phone number, and email address in order for their order to be accepted. Orders are processed and shipped from their respective manufacturers. All payment is accepted in U.S. dollars only.

Customers outside the U.S.

Customers outside the USA can place an order request through our website. However, due to contractual agreements with some of our suppliers, not all products we offer are available outside the U.S.

USA or International Law may prohibit the shipment of some products. For all products eligible for international shipping, export shipping charges will apply.

Online Order Processing

Your order is entered into our business system automatically. You will receive an order confirmation to the e-mail address provided after we receive your order. In general, we will ship your order within 24 hours. You will receive a shipment confirmation email when your order is shipped.

General Terms

1. Intellectual Property

Customer shall have no right, title, or interest in the trade names, trademarks, trade dress, copyrights, patents, domain names, product names, catalogs or any other intellectual property rights reserved by Rapid Industrial Supply, or any trademarks or service marks owned by suppliers to Rapid Industrial Supply. All materials contained on the www.RapidIndustrialSupply.com website are subject to the ownership rights of Rapid Industrial Supply and its suppliers. Customer shall have no right to copy or use any of the intellectual property of Rapid Industrial Supply or its suppliers without Rapid Industrial Supply's permission.

2. Cancellation

All product order cancellations must be approved by Rapid Industrial Supply, and may be subject to restocking fees and other charges. Only orders that have not yet been shipped or are not in process can be canceled. Notify Customer Service immediately if the order needs to be canceled. If the order has been shipped, the normal returns policy will apply. If the package is refused a return freight charge will be added to the Credit Card.

Orders for custom products cannot be returned for credit.

3. Product Return

Product returns must be made within 14 days from date of purchase, unless otherwise indicated. Customer should go to www.Rapid Industrial Supply.com for instructions. Returned product must be in original packaging, unused, undamaged, and in sale able condition. Customer must provide the following information date of order, original invoice number, and item number.

4. Force Majeure

Rapid Industrial Supply shall not be liable for any delay in, or impairment of, performance resulting in whole or in part from any force majeure event, including but not limited to acts of God, labor disruptions, governmental decrees or controls, acts of war, acts of terrorism, insurrections, epidemics, quarantines, shortages, communication or power failures, fire, accident, explosion, inability to procure or ship product or obtain permits and licenses, severe weather conditions, catastrophic events, or any other circumstance or cause beyond the reasonable control of Rapid Industrial Supply in the conduct of its business.

5. Waiver, Choice of Law and Venue

The failure of either party to assert a right hereunder or to insist upon compliance with any term or condition will not constitute a waiver of that right or excuse any subsequent non-performance of any such term or condition by the other party. All transactions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, excluding its conflict of law rules, and venue shall either be in the state courts in Allegan County, Michigan or the federal courts for the Southwest District of Michigan.

6. Modification of Terms

Rapid Industrial Supply's acceptance of any order is subject to customer's assent to all of the terms and conditions set forth at the time the order is placed.

7. Complete Agreement

The terms and conditions in Rapid Industrial website are incorporated herein by reference, and constitute the entire and exclusive agreement between customer and Rapid Industrial Supply.

Sales Policy

1. Prices

Prices listed are net and are subject to correction or change without notice. Export orders may be subject to other special pricing. Rapid Industrial Supply reserves the right to accept or reject any order.

2. Sales Tax

Customers are responsible for payment of all applicable state and local taxes if located in Michigan, or for providing a valid sales tax exemption certificate.

3. Payment and Credit Terms

Rapid Industrial Supply accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discovery and American Express. Export orders are subject to special export payment terms and conditions. All payments must be made in U.S. dollars.

Warranty Policy

1. Limited Warranty

All Products sold are warranted by the manufacturer of the products. For information on a specific manufacturer's warranty, please contact Rapid Industrial Supply Customer Service.

After contacting Rapid Industrial Supply for a Return Goods Authorization (RGA), the customer will be instructed on where to return the product. As designated by the manufacturer, shipping costs may have to be prepaid. Rapid Industrial Supply’s Repair, Replacement, or Refund of amounts paid by customer for the product, shall be customer’s sole and exclusive remedy.

2. Limitation of Liability

Rapid Industrial Supply expressly disclaims any liability for consequential, incidental, special, exemplary, or punitive damages. Rapid Industrial Supply’s liability in all circumstances is limited to, and shall not exceed, the purchase price paid for the product that gives rise to any liability.

3. Warranty Disclaimer

No warranty or affirmation of fact is expressed or implied, other than as set forth in the limited warranty statement above. Rapid Industrial Supply disclaims any liability for claims arising out of product misuse, improper product selection, improper installation, product modification, misrepair or misapplication. Rapid Industrial Supply expressly disclaims any warranty that the products are fit for particular purpose. Rapid Industrial Supply makes no warranties to those defined as customers in the Magnuson-Moss warranty – Federal Trade Commission Improvement Act.

4. Warranty Product Return

Before returning any product, the customer must email Rapid Industrial Supply to request a Return Goods Authorization (RGA). The following information, date of order, original invoice number, item and a description of the defect must be provided.

5. Product Compliance and Suitability

Local jurisdictions have varying laws, codes and regulations governing construction, installation, and/or use of products for a particular purpose. Rapid Industrial Supply does not guarantee compliance or suitability of the products it sells with any laws, codes or regulations, nor does Rapid Industrial Supply accept responsibility for construction, installation and/or use of a product. It is customer's responsibility to review the product application and all applicable laws, codes and regulations for each relevant jurisdiction to be sure that the construction, installation, and/or use involving the products are compliant.
